- Can I send the documents to be translated via e-mail?
Yes, MSE Certified Translation Company allows facilityfor its customers, by sending an email to the teamwork including the customer’s details and contact information.
- How long does it take to finish the translation?
MSE Company regards its customer’s precious time, and therefore cares for getting the translation done at the earliest to the full satisfaction of the customer.
- Do I need attestation from the Chamber of Commerce & Industry?
MSE Certified Translation Companyis duly certifiedby the Chamber of Commerce & Industry. Thus, customers need not to approach the said Chamber, unless the translation is otherwise required for overseas purposes.
- What is the difference between certified and non-certified translation?
Translation of any documents to be submitted to governmental and official authorities should be certified with MSE official stamp being affixed thereon, in order to be approved by ministries, embassies and other governmental authorities. As regarding the non-certified translation, it is sufficient if documents are needed for personal perusal; however,it is unacceptable for any governmental authorities.
- How long does it take to translate my documents?
Delivery time varies from one document to another, based on its technicality, specialization and the language used. It is not possible to fix accurate delivery time, unless the file is received and reviewed.
- Who do the translation?
We have a team of expert translators.Some of them received their training in our offices at the beginning of their translation career. We do assure and guarantee that all our staff are exceptionally qualified and skilled enough to handle professionally all projects we assume.
- How do you guarantee accuracy of the translations done by you?
We have extensive databases deployed in support for our team; however, we do not hesitate looking up new terminologies to ensure translation accuracy. Besides, we adopt some sophisticated supervision process for quality assurance. Prior to delivering any project, the approval of the Managing Director must be secured. Our process undergoes permanent development, including non-suspended training to ensure that our translators obtain the various skills we deem complementary to each other within the framework of our process.
- What privacy and confidentiality policies you adopt in your offices?
Privacy and confidentiality are maintained as our essential values, and we are highly committed to them. Privacy policy applied in our offices and amongst our staff greatly ensures protecting confidentiality of your documents further to confidentiality agreements signing, in addition to privacy agreements concluded for each project on separate basis. Access level for each one of our staff is decided accordingly, where documents details are never known except to the translator translating them.
- What means should be used for sending documents? How to get them back?
You may send your documents via email, courier, fax, or even on movable storage devices (such as Hard Disks or USB), or you may simply hand them over personally. As regarding translation delivery, you may get your documents back after translation via email, courier, or you can simply collect them personally from our office.
- My company never approached any translation services office before. What should we know first to proceed properly from the very beginning?
You just submit your request clearly and give sufficient time for translation and proofreading. We urge you not to force us expedite delivery, since this will badly affect the end product quality.
- Do you have any confidentiality and privacy agreements?
Our customers’ privacy is the essence of our values. We undoubtedly also care for maintaining information confidentiality. Our staff shall sign a privacy and non-disclosure agreement upon your request.
- If translation quality is unsatisfactory for me, what shall happen then?
If you feel our translation is unsatisfactory, you may immediately contact our office to report the dissatisfactory points. Hence, we shall correct it, in cooperation and coordination with you. Our main objective is to build up a long-term relations with our customer. All our staff are committed to secure your satisfaction as regarding the services being offered to you.
- Can you provide one-day services?
Yes, and without any additional charges. However, you should take into consideration that delivery within the same day is guaranteed only for those documents received before 12:00 PM of the same day.
- How do you deliver translated documents?
We deliver translated documents according to you desire; i.e., via email, courier, or through delivery by hand.
